Mozarttorte Slice
Mozartkugel in cake form. with Nougat mousse and pistachio buttercream between thin layers of light chocolate sponge, the cake is covered with pistachio marzipan and dark chocolate.
Bienenstich (Beesting Cake) Slice
A fluffy, sweet yeast based dough with vanilla cream and a honey almond crust. If you're partial to creme based desserts, you will love this very traditional German dessert.
Herrentorte (Gentleman's Cake) Slice
Translating to "Man Cake," or "Gentleman's Cake," the Herrentorte is a glass of whiskey by the fire, in cake form. Six layers of white sponge, interleaved with brandy and white wine infused cream. A thin layer of apricot jam, and a dark chocolate marzipan shell.
Sachertorte Cake Slice
The famous Austrian chocolate cake with apricot & lingonberry jam between two layers of thin chocolate Sachersponge, soaked in rum. Coated with marzipan and dark chocolate ganache. Contains almonds and alcohol.

Real fruit raspberry mousse, with a gluten free, almond meal flourless chocolate cake, and a raspberry gelee. One of our most popular items - great for lovers of dark chocolate.
Cassis A L'orange Slice
Perhaps the most photogenic of the bunch, the Cassis A L'Orange is a visual ode to the shag pile carpet and lava lamp cocktail lounges of the past. Blackcurrant mousse, chocolate and white sponges, white chocolate/orange mousse, murbeteig base, and topped with blood orange gelee.
